Demolition

We carry out all types of Demolition throughout the East Midlands, for a very varied client base.

• Our management has a vast experience of the Industry, and maintain their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) through the Institute of Demolition Engineers (IDE).
• Our site operatives are all trained to current regulations, using CSCS/ NDTG/ PASMA/ IPAF approved Training Providers.
• The Company is accredited by Constructionline, CHAS and Worksafe SSIP, and carries Employers Liability and Public Liability Insurance of £10 million and £5 million respectively.
• The Company employs a suitably qualified internal Health & Safety Manager, and uses the services of an external Health & Safety Consultant if required for a particular project.
• All projects have Site Specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments compiled in accordance with the CDM Regs 2007, and are carried out in accordance with BS 6187 2011.

Asbestos Removal

We carry out all non-licensed (Notifiable or Non-Notifiable) Asbestos Removal in-house, and use the services of a Licensed Contractor if required for a particular project.

• Our operatives are suitably trained and certified (medically) for working with these particular materials.
• Projects with Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM’s) present are notified to the HSE.
• All projects with ACM’s have Site Specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments compiled.

Dismantling

If a more controlled approach is required, we can dismantle structures within structures using various techniques:

• Cold-cutting/shearing of Steel components where noise, dust, flame-cutting and vibration are not permissible;
• Remote Demolition of any type of structure where access for plant and equipment is severely restricted;
• Physical dismantling where all or parts of the structure are required for re-use, or neighbouring structures are too close to allow traditional techniques;
